Mike Fulmer
Owner/Agent
Mike Fulmer, CLCS, is a graduate of West Muskingum High School and Ohio University. Mike began his insurance career with Monumental Life Insurance in 2006 focusing mainly on life insurance. In 2007 he joined the family business and expanded his focus into auto, home, farm and business insurance. In 2011 Mike obtained his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and completed State Auto’s prestigious Pacesetter program. Mike lends his expertise to the Muskingum County Business Incubator and Small Business Development Center advising new entrepreneurs on the potential risks of their new business ventures. Mike is a member of the North Terrace Church of Christ. Mike has served on many boards previously, including the American Cancer Society, Zanesville-Muskingum Chamber of Commerce and Taylor McHenry foundation. Mike currently serves as a board member with both the Zanesville Jaycees and the Jaycees Golf Course.
Mike currently resides in Zanesville with his wife Katie, son Moses and their dog, Levi. Mike’s hobbies include hiking, running, backpacking, golfing and DIY projects. Mike enjoys working with clients to develop a comprehensive insurance plan that fits their needs. He firmly believes that “Your Best Policy is a Good Agent!”

Taylor Wells
Agent
Taylor is a Florida native who moved to the Buckeye State in 2019. Zanesville has quickly become a place he gladly calls home. For the last 10 years, Taylor has been a youth minister and has recently made the jump to become a licensed insurance agent. He joined the Fulmer Insurance crew in September of 2023. He is a member of North Terrace Church of Christ where he loves playing bass guitar on the worship team, being a part of the A/V team, and even preaching on occasion.
Taylor loves spending time with his wife Brooke, daughter Addison, and their dog Jack. He enjoys watching sports, pretends that he’s good at some of them, being outside, grilling/smoking, and doing DIY projects of all kinds. Taylor believes that here at Fulmer Insurance, we can be here for you when you need us most, in the exciting moments and the not-so-exciting moments of life.

Wesley Frank
Commercial Lines Insurance
Wesley Frank was born and raised in Muskingum County, graduating from Maysville School District. He now lives in Zanesville with his Wife in their historic home that they are slowly fixing up. He is also an active member of the Muskingum Valley Garden Society and Friend of Putnam group. Welsey and his wife attend North Terrace Church of Christ.
Wesley found his passion for insurance in 2021, and is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. He now works primarily in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on helping those who invest in real estate.
ABOUT FULMER INSURANCE AGENCY
After spending over twenty years as a life insurance agent, Ray Fulmer founded Fulmer Insurance in 1990 and began offering auto, home and business insurance. In 1994 the agency moved to its current location on McIntire Avenue.
In 2006, Mike Fulmer began his insurance career as a life insurance agent. In 2007 Mike joined the agency and began offering auto, home and business insurance. In 2015, Mike purchased the agency and Ray semi-retired and began traveling in his RV.
Much has changed over the years as the agency has grown, but our core principles remain the same.
